Dubai Police Arrests 17 Beggars on the First Day of Ramadan
Dubai, UAE – Dubai Police, in a joint operation with the Suspects and Criminal Phenomena Department and other key partners, have arrested 17 individuals for begging on the first day of Ramadan.
