Dubai, UAE: The Dubai Police has successfully wrapped up a training course entitled ‘Safety Procedures for First Responders when Dealing with Electric and Hybrid Car Accidents’.

The training course, which was conducted in cooperation with AutoPro Academy, a subsidiary of ENOC Company, is part of the ‘On the Go’ initiative, which allows members of the public to obtain a minor traffic accident and an accident involving an unknown party reports.

His Excellency Saeed Hamid Al Falasi, the CEO of ENOC Group, has stated that this training program is a crucial prerequisite for the qualification to obtaining the globally recognized proficiency certificate accredited by the UK-based Automotive Industry Institute.

“Further courses will be held in the future to cater to the needs of Dubai Police, supporting the bundle of services offered as part of the “On the Go” initiative, which Dubai Police launched in cooperation with AutoPro. As well as continuing phase five, which aims to raise awareness and enhance safety levels among first responders and the public in general,” Al Falasi added.

Al Kaabi pointed out that the organization of this course is part of a phase in the ‘On the Go’ initiative to ensure saving lives and avoid the risks that may arise when dealing with such incidents on the roads.

He also stated that the training course is part of the agreement recently signed between Dubai Police and ENOC Group to enhance the level of performance of the services provided by the ‘On the Go’ initiative to drivers and beneficiaries who require quick issuance of minor traffic accident reports. “This comes as part of the joint collaboration and coordination to provide the best traffic services within the initiative launched by Dubai Police in partnership with ENOC Group,” Al Kaabi added.

This includes enabling individuals to access police services seamlessly and flexibly and enhancing the happiness levels of beneficiaries by speeding up the processing of requirements for obtaining a minor traffic accident report without injuries and requesting a report for an accident involving an unknown party.

It is worth noting that the “On the Go” initiative is the world’s first of its kind to offer traffic services at 31 ENOC service stations.
