Dubai, UAE: Keolis MHI, the leading transportation company and the operator of Dubai Metro and Tram, and Senses Residential and Day Care Special Needs Centre, a non-profit organization, are delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU signed this month is strategically designed to foster awareness campaigns for people of determination in Dubai, furthering their inclusion and support within the community.
Senses, the non-profit organization was established in 2004, and is committed to empowering children with special needs by providing educational and therapeutic programs that facilitate their integration into society. The organization also extends its support to families and caregivers while actively promoting awareness of autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other disorders within the community.
In line with their commitment to corporate social responsibility, Keolis MHI and Senses have united their efforts through this partnership agreement to collaborate on several key initiatives such volunteering opportunities and providing training programs, aimed at benefiting the employees taking care of people of determination and promoting a more inclusive society.
Key elements of the partnership include:
- Volunteering: Keolis MHI employees will participate in volunteering activities organized by the Senses Centre.
- Training & Development: Keolis MHI will offer training programs tailored to the need of the Senses Centre employees.
- CSR: Keolis MHI and the Senses Centre will together launch a fundraiser for Autism support, and continue to collaborate through the Keolis MHI ’s CSR activities.
