Dubai, UAE: Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) and Member of the Dubai Council, stressed that the youth symbolise a nation’s true wealth, propelling societies forward and acting as catalysts for positive transformation. As International Youth Day celebrates the upcoming leaders endowed with grand aspirations, creativity, and boundless potential, Her Highness noted their pivotal role in shaping a brighter future.

She said: “Our youth are our most valuable asset and the up-and-coming heroes behind our nation’s success stories. They ignite the fires of creativity and innovation, and their unique visions, relentless drive, and thirst for knowledge and education are the key to preserving and advancing our nation’s cherished legacy. They are at the forefront of progress, constructing bridges towards an improved and luminous future.”

Highlighting the significance of this year’s International Youth Day theme, ‘Green Skills For Youth: Towards A Sustainable World,’ Her Highness underscored the UAE’s dedicated efforts in initiating various programmes to nurture and upskill young leaders towards a sustainable tomorrow.
