Malaysian PM Visits Pakistani Pavilion at MIHAS ’23

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – The 19th Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS ’23) witnessed a significant moment today as Prime Minister of Malaysia Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim paid a visit to the Pakistani Pavilion. During his visit, he expressed a deep interest in Pakistan’s premium Halal products, highlighting the potential for collaboration between the two nations in the Halal industry.

High Commissioner Syed Ahsan Raza Shah warmly welcomed the Honourable Prime Minister to the Pakistan Pavilion, where Pakistani companies are showcasing their top-tier Halal products. MIHAS ’23 has attracted participants from 42 countries, showcasing the global significance of Halal products and services.

The High Commissioner praised the high-quality products on display at the Pakistani Pavilion, acknowledging the country’s commitment to maintaining stringent Halal standards. The visit by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim highlights the increasing importance of the Halal industry in international trade and cooperation.
