Dubai’s GITEX GLOBAL & Expand North Star Set to Break Records in 2023

Dubai, UAE – The 43rd edition of GITEX GLOBAL, the world’s largest tech and startup event, is set to take place from October 16 to 20, 2023, in Dubai. This blockbuster event, which showcases the latest in technology and innovation, will once again be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will host over 6,000 exhibitors. Simultaneously, Expand North Star, the world’s largest startup event hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, will kick off its largest-ever edition from October 15 to 18, 2023, at the new Dubai Harbour venue. This event will feature 1,800 startups from over 100 countries, making it the Middle East’s biggest iconic superyacht hub.

Combined, GITEX GLOBAL and Expand North Star will occupy a staggering 2.7 million square feet of exhibition space across 41 halls, marking a remarkable 35 percent increase from the previous year. These events will bring together leading minds and visionary companies to explore, challenge, define, and empower the digital agendas of the world.

AI Takes Center Stage:
GITEX GLOBAL 2023 is set to feature the largest AI showcase and summit of the year. The event will host 3,500 AI-infused exhibitors who will demonstrate how this transformative technology is impacting lives, governments, businesses, and society at large.

However, the AI boom has also raised concerns about cybersecurity, leading to the elevated GITEX Cyber Valley. This segment of the event will gather leading info-sec brands and global experts to address the growing threats in cyberspace.

Launch Shows to Drive Climate Technology:
GITEX Impact and Future Urbanism Expo, launch shows within the event, are expected to drive significant advancements in climate technology and sustainable urban development. These initiatives are seen as crucial steps toward co-creating a net-zero future, aligning with the goals of the upcoming UN climate change summit, COP28.

In 2023, it will feature a record-breaking 1,800 startups and attract over 1,000 investors from 70 countries with $1 trillion in assets under management. This event is poised to drive the next era of digital entrepreneurship and inspire future innovators.

Tech Titans and Newcomers:
GITEX GLOBAL 2023 will host some of the biggest names in technology, including Dell Technologies, e&, Google, Huawei, HP, IBM, Microsoft, and Tonomus. Notably, Salesforce, Broadcom, Beyon, and Deloitte will make their debut at the event, strengthening international connections and supercharging their global growth strategies.
