Dubai, UAE – In a celebration marking its 25th birthday, Google Inc. took a moment to reflect on its remarkable journey from a dorm room project to a global tech giant. Co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page met as doctoral students at Stanford University in the late ’90s, driven by a shared vision to make the World Wide Web more accessible. They tirelessly worked on developing a prototype for a better search engine, initially operating from their dorm rooms before moving to a rented garage.

On September 27, 1998, Google Inc. was officially born, and since then, it has undergone numerous transformations, including its iconic logo. Despite the changes, Google’s mission has remained constant: to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.

Today, Google is a household name, serving billions of people around the world who rely on it for various aspects of their lives, from searching for information to connecting, working, playing, and much more.

During a heartfelt vote of thanks after the birthday celebration, Google expressed gratitude to its users, stating, “Thank you for evolving with us over the past 25 years. We can’t wait to see where the future takes us, together.” As Google continues to shape the digital landscape, its commitment to innovation and accessibility remains unwavering.
