Dubai Police’s Youth Water Biking Teams Shine with 60 Medals in a Year

Dubai, UAE – Dubai Police’s Junior and Youth Water Biking teams have made an impressive mark in the sporting arena, securing a total of 60 medals in just under a year since their formation. Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, praised these young athletes for their outstanding performance, both locally and internationally. Their achievements have not only elevated Dubai Police’s reputation in the sports world but have also emphasized the force’s commitment to promoting sports as a way of life across all age groups.

The Junior team, consisting of six young talents aged 9 to 15, and the Youth team, comprising four members aged 16 to 21, have received substantial support from the Ports Police Station and the Sports Affairs Department at the General Department for Community Happiness. Together, they have clinched top honors in prestigious championships, including the International UAE Water Biking Championship, the International Kuwait Water Biking Championship, and the Global Poland Water Biking Championship.

Brigadier Dr. Hassan Suhail Al Suwaidi, Director of the Ports Police Station, expressed gratitude to Dubai Police’s Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, for his unwavering support. He also extended appreciation to key partners, particularly the Sports Affairs Department at the General Department of Community Happiness in Dubai Police, as well as Colonel Rashid Thani Al Ayel, Lieutenant Salem Ahmad Abdul Karim, and Warrant Officer Rashid Suhail Al Tayer.
