Dubai, UAE – Nutridor, a prominent food and beverage company within the TGI Group, has inaugurated its cutting-edge dairy production facility in Dubai, UAE. This state-of-the-art facility, located in Dubai Industrial City, is a significant investment of AED 75 million and will cater to the demand for Nutridor’s premium dairy products under the ‘Abevia’ brand.
Spanning an impressive 100,000 sq. ft., the facility was developed in under a year and features the latest dairy manufacturing technologies. It is expected to double Abevia’s daily production capacity to 120,000 liters of milk. The inauguration ceremony was attended by esteemed guests, including government officials and industry leaders.
The factory’s establishment aligns with Dubai’s economic diversification efforts and contributes to its manufacturing sector growth. Nutridor aims to reduce import reliance and bolster its presence in the regional F&B sector, estimating revenues of AED 110 million from the facility’s operations.
Notably, the factory emphasizes sustainability, designed to achieve zero waste and powered partially by solar energy. It’s strategically located, providing access to key transportation hubs and new markets. Additionally, the facility will create over 200 new jobs, contributing to local talent development.
Abevia, recognized for its excellence, has received ‘Superbrands’ status in the UAE in 2022 and 2023. Nutridor has also attained the Food Safety System Certification FSSC 22000, demonstrating its commitment to international quality and safety standards.
