Dubai, UAE – Dubai is set to host GITEX GLOBAL 2023, the world’s largest tech and start-up show, from October 16-20, 2023. The event will take place at two mega venues, the Dubai World Trade Centre and the new Dubai Harbour venue. It will feature 6,000 exhibitors and 180,000 tech executives from 180 countries.
The event will focus on AI, the cloud, Web 3.0, and sustainable digital economies, bringing together experts, governments, and companies to shape the future of technology. His Excellency Omar Sultan Al Olama, UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, emphasized the importance of GITEX GLOBAL in showcasing new technologies, particularly the transformative power of AI.
Expand North Star, hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, will run from October 15-18, 2023, and will feature over 1,800 start-ups exploring opportunities in the UAE’s tech-enabled digital economy.
The event also highlights the UAE’s role as a global tech leader, with an increasing number of participants and government entities involved in shaping the digital future. It includes discussions on AI, cybersecurity, green technologies, and smart cities.
Global tech giants such as Microsoft, Huawei, and Salesforce will be present, showcasing their latest AI solutions and commitments to democratizing AI. Additionally, UAE-based entities like G42, Advanced Technology Research Council, and Masdar City are contributing to the AI innovation race, driving digital transformation agendas.
GITEX GLOBAL 2023 will feature 21 conference tracks with over 1,500 expert speakers from 80-plus countries, addressing pressing tech challenges and controversies, including AI supercomputing, green energy, autonomous driving, and AI’s impact on cybersecurity.
