Dubai, UAE – Dubai Police has launched an interactive game, “COP28UAE Adventures,” in anticipation of the 28th United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) hosted by the United Arab Emirates from November 30th to December 12th, 2023.
Developed internally by the Virtual Technology Center in the General Training Department of Dubai Police, the game is more than just entertainment; it’s an educational tool addressing vital environmental issues. The initiative supports six languages, aligning with the United Nations’ official languages, and is available on platforms like Apple Store, Google Play, and Huawei.
Colonel Dr. Mansoor Nasser Alrazooqi, Director of the Virtual Technology Center, noted the game’s potential to engage billions in addressing environmental challenges, based on a report from the United Nations Environment Programme. “COP28UAE Adventures” is part of Dubai Police’s commitment to raising awareness about pressing environmental concerns, emphasizing the global responsibility of safeguarding the planet for current and future generations.
This innovative game launch underlines Dubai Police’s dedication to supporting the COP28 conference and promoting awareness of climate change and environmental preservation on a national and international scale.
