Dubai, UAE – Informa Connect, a global leader in events, is set to host the 22nd edition of the Intermobility Expo 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre from November 21st to 23rd. Formerly known as Gulf Traffic, this event aims to bring together leaders from the transport industry in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa to discuss and explore digital transformation for smarter, cleaner, and more efficient transportation systems.
The expo, a CPD-certified event, anticipates more than 3,000 attendees from over 90 countries. With a focus on roads, rail, and the transport sector, key topics include road safety, sustainability, and future mobility. This comes at a time when the Middle East is experiencing a mobility sector boom, coinciding with the recent launch of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The government initiative seeks to position Dubai as a hub for growth, sustainability, investment, and mobility.
Distinguished speakers at the Intermobility Expo include Eng. Ibrahim Yousef Ramel, CEO of SAAED, Faisal Ali Al Rashid, Senior Director at the Supreme Council of Energy, and Thuraya Al-Harthi, Acting Director of Government Digital Services Unified Portal, among others.
The event’s agenda spans three days and features technical seminars, fireside chats, panel discussions, conferences, and keynote speeches. Key highlights include panel discussions on the role of government in driving change and integrated mobility solutions for smart cities. The agenda also covers topics like environmental sustainability, road safety, and the role of electric vehicles.
