Dubai, UAE – In a proactive move towards advancing their strategic goals, the Dubai Police recently organized a workshop for Operations sector personnel, aimed at brainstorming ideas, fostering innovation, and providing recommendations to fortify the Dubai Police Strategic Plan Update 2024–2033. The workshop, titled “Strategic Focus Group,” witnessed the presence of esteemed figures such as Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations Affairs, and Major General Saeed Hamad Bin Sulaiman Al Malik, Director of the General Department of Transport and Rescue.
During the workshop, Major General Al Ghaithi underscored its significance, emphasizing its role in shaping the future plans and work vision integral to the strategic plan update. The discussions focused on identifying challenges and innovative solutions, aligning with Dubai Police’s overarching objectives of attaining excellence on both local and global scales.
The workshop also received insights from Major General Dr Mohammed Nasser Abdul Razzaq, Director of the General Department of Operations, and Major General Rashid Al Falasi, Director of the General Department of Organisations Protective Security and Emergency. Major General Al Ghaithi highlighted the pivotal role of the workshop in developing work mechanisms that adhere to high international standards, keeping pace with rapid advancements in technology and digital sectors.
The participants were briefed on the purpose of the workshop and the tools employed for generating future ideas. These discussions are expected to fortify the strategic plan for Dubai Police 2024–2033, emphasizing future horizons and visions. The ultimate goal is to provide actionable recommendations that will propel Dubai Police towards delivering optimal services to the community with ease, in line with global benchmarks.
