Dubai Police’s ‘Digital Games’ Project Wins MENA’s Best Security Project Award

Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Police, under the General Department of Training, secured the esteemed ‘Best Security Project of the Year – Middle East and Africa’ award at the Intersec 2024 Exhibition and Conference for Security and Safety. The recognition was bestowed upon their outstanding implementation of the groundbreaking ‘Digital Games Project.’

Brigadier Ahmed Mardas, Acting Director of the General Department of Training at Dubai Police, hailed the award as a significant milestone, emphasizing its reflection of Dubai Police’s steadfast dedication to incorporating cutting-edge innovations and purposeful ideas. He highlighted the project’s role in enhancing the qualifications of personnel and contributing to community education and happiness.

Captain Abdulrahman bin Fahad, representing the Virtual Technology Centre, received the accolade during the Intersec Awards ceremony on January 17, 2024, at the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai. The judging committee, comprising distinguished experts from around the world, acknowledged exceptional achievements in the realms of fire, safety, and security.
