The project is part of Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences, an exclusive contemporary retreat that will feature over 80 resorts and hotels, as well as landscaped parks, golf courses, and a wholesale market.
Rixos Bay Residences and Villas will offer one to four bedroom apartments, duplexes, and beach houses, with world class amenities and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. The project is designed to cater to families looking for a resort style living experience in a family friendly neighbourhood.

The contract for the construction of Rixos Bay Residences and Villas is expected to commence soon, with a completion date yet to be announced.
