Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Masaood Commercial Vehicles & Equipment (CV&E) Division has been recognized with the Aftersales Uptime Initiative Award at a grand ceremony held at the Ritz Carlton JBR, Dubai on January 23, 2024.

Al Masaood CV&E, the exclusive distributor for UD Trucks, Renault Trucks, Unicarriers Forklifts, Oshkosh Fire Trucks, and Dongfeng Heavy-Duty Trucks, demonstrated exemplary commitment to operational excellence in aftersales fleet service and parts execution nationwide.

The division’s remarkable growth over the past year was underscored by securing numerous large-scale aftersales contracts across diverse sectors, solidifying its position as a pivotal industry player. These contracts, featuring advanced telematics technology for enhanced fleet management, emphasized daily service and repair reports, monthly telematics updates, and rigorous quality assurance measures.

Moreover, Al Masaood CV&E expanded its operational presence with the inauguration of the M40 facility and its first Dubai branch, complementing the existing M15 site and signaling a significant milestone in its expansion strategy. Plans for further expansion in Al Ain and Beda Zayed are underway to ensure comprehensive customer support across the region.
