Dubai, UAE – The HR Tech MENA Summit 2024 concluded in Dubai, leaving a profound impact on the HR and technology sectors with its transformative insights and discussions. Renowned HR Guru Chester Elton set the tone with a keynote emphasizing the importance of humanizing technology in leadership and HR practices.

Throughout the summit, key HR players from across the region engaged in discussions on pressing topics such as humanizing technology, self-leadership, employee experience trends, and the role of AI in HR.
