DLD Honors Top-Performing Real Estate Figures, Including Transaction No. ‘1,000,001

Dubai, UAE – The International Property Show (IPS) 2024 concluded successfully after three days of vibrant participation from 125 local and international exhibitors. The event served as a pivotal platform for the exchange of expertise and the showcasing of the latest projects and investment opportunities within the real estate sector.

Engineer Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of Dubai Land Department, honored Nakheel Community Management (NCM) during the event for achieving the prestigious ‘Platinum’ rating in the classification system for jointly owned properties management companies by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). This recognition underscores NCM’s extensive experience and commitment to upholding international standards in property management, thereby enhancing service quality and professionalism within the sector.

Mohammed Khalifa bin Hammad, Senior Director of the Jointly Owned Properties Management Department at RERA, commended Nakheel and Dubai Community Management (DCM) for their exceptional performance, acknowledging their recognition as the Best Community Management Company at the Global Real Estate Congress in 2023.

The event also saw the acknowledgment of outstanding individuals and entities within the real estate community. Among them, an investor with transaction number (1,000,001) was honored, alongside distinguished real estate brokers, investors, and developers. Notable mentions include:

  • Muhammad Al-Mas Harib Hareb Al-Falahi and Ali Abdullah Ahmed Al-Haj Al-Zarouni, recognized as the highest-ranked national brokers in terms of sales values in 2023.
  • Muhammad Fawaz Sous, Muhannad Naji Al-Wadiya, and Artur Akhmedov, honored as the highest-ranked non-citizen brokers in terms of sales values from 2019 to 2023.
  • Abdul Wahed Ahmed Rashid bin Shabib and Khaled Abdul Rahim Ahmed Al-Attar, celebrated as the highest-ranked national investors by value in 2023.
  • Mirwais Abdulaziz, acknowledged as the highest-ranking non-citizen investor by value in 2023.
  • Top female brokers in both national and non-citizen categories were also recognized for their contributions to the real estate sector.

Dubai Land Department reiterated its commitment to fostering a pioneering real estate environment, in line with the visionary guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The department’s proactive efforts aim to empower all sectors of the real estate community with seamless and innovative services.

IPS 2024 featured engaging panel discussions, workshops, and presentations, including a dialogue session on addressing housing affordability and navigating the impact of rising interest rates. Additionally, a “PropTech” competition highlighted the innovative use of technology in property development and management, further emphasizing the role of technological advancements in revolutionizing the real estate industry.
