Al Habtoor Group Honours Its Outstanding Emirati Employees

Dubai, UAE – The Al Habtoor Group (AHG) recently held a special ceremony to recognize 15 exceptional Emirati employees for their outstanding contributions and commitment within the group’s Emiratisation program. The event was organized as part of AHG’s ongoing efforts to support Emiratisation and foster the development of local talent.

During the ceremony, AHG’s Founding Chairman, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, commended the honored employees for their tireless efforts and urged them to continue striving for excellence to ensure the group’s future success. He emphasized the crucial role they play in representing the future of the nation’s enterprises and the importance of refining their skills to achieve sustainable growth.

“You represent the future of our national enterprises, which have been established from the ground up by the people of this blessed land. The prosperity of our economy and its sustainability rely on you, aimed at securing your future and that of your children,” Al Habtoor said.

He encouraged the Emirati employees to strive for the highest international standards in their work and expressed pride in the group’s Emirati ID designers, who are spearheading the design efforts for one of the world’s largest projects.

The recognized employees hailed from various roles and departments across AHG’s diverse units, including development, investment, security, interior design, public relations, human resources, and administration.

This recognition aligns with the group’s vision to build a sustainable future, provide employment and professional growth opportunities for Emirati talent, thereby enriching the local economy and contributing to the United Arab Emirates’ sustainable development.

In 2023, AHG significantly advanced its Emiratisation program, achieving an Emiratisation ratio between 6 to 8% across various sectors, reflecting its serious commitment to enhancing local capabilities and empowering Emirati youth to effectively participate in the market.
