The event was organized as part of AHG’s ongoing efforts to support Emiratisation and foster the development of local talent.
During the ceremony, AHG’s Founding Chairman, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, commended the honored employees for their tireless efforts and urged them to continue striving for excellence to ensure the group’s future success. The recognized employees hailed from various roles and departments across AHG’s diverse units, including development, investment, security, interior design, public relations, human resources, and administration.

In 2023, AHG significantly advanced its Emiratisation program, achieving an Emiratisation ratio between 6 to 8% across various sectors, reflecting its serious commitment to enhancing local capabilities and empowering Emirati youth to effectively participate in the market.
