Infobip Becomes Oracle ISV Partner

Dubai, UAE – Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, today announced an expanded partnership with Oracle, becoming an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with integration to Oracle Integration Cloud. This enhanced relationship allows businesses using any Oracle solution to access Infobip’s omnichannel communications platform through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

The collaboration enables Oracle customers to orchestrate powerful interactions, increase customer satisfaction, boost sales, and improve campaign performance by leveraging Infobip’s communication channels. Customers can deliver conversational experiences across sectors like banking, retail, hospitality through channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, SMS and more.

“With the ability to integrate our full omnichannel communications platform across any Oracle solution via the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, we can help enterprises create conversational experiences that increase conversions, boost sales and drive loyalty,” said Veselin Vuković, Infobip’s Global VP for Strategic Alliances & Partnerships.

Through the partnership, Oracle users gain customer insights to adjust strategies and nurture leads. They can connect multiple channels, carry conversations across channels, and set up failovers to ensure customers receive time-sensitive alerts reliably.
