News DeskDubai, UAE – The 10th Annual Destination Wedding Planners (DWP) Congress, organized by QnA International in collaboration with Strategic Event Partner RSVP Events, marked a significant milestone in the B2B destination wedding industry. Held from April 15th to 17th, 2024, amidst the breathtaking backdrop of Victoria Falls, the event celebrated a decade of unmatched excellence and innovation in destination weddings.
The DWP Congress, renowned as the world’s strongest B2B platform for destination weddings, transformed Victoria Falls into a vibrant hub of creativity and collaboration. Attendees from over 70 countries gathered to partake in a series of unforgettable experiences, from breakfasts with elephants and up-close views of the majestic falls to networking during a train ride to the Vic Falls bridge and a must-do sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. The event also featured riveting conference sessions, discussions, and one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings.
Tapiwa Mukoti, Founder & Managing Director of RSVP Weddings & Events, expressed his delight, saying, “It’s been mind-blowing hosting the DWP Congress in Zimbabwe. We have never had an event this big, but together with the amazing DWP team, we figured it out. The Congress drew praise from industry leaders and participants. Ali Behnam Bakhtiar, Founder of Ali Bakhtiar Designs, emphasized the importance of the platform for networking and knowledge sharing. “DWP Congress is quite an important platform because you get to share your experience as an individual and as a company and meet a lot of suppliers or vendors from all over the globe,” he noted.
