Ajman, UAE – The Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has launched a comprehensive inspection and control campaign aimed at Holiday Homes in the emirate. The initiative is designed to ensure compliance with specific regulations and legislation, thereby raising the quality and standards of tourism in Ajman.
The campaign is primarily focused on real estate owners and hotel management establishments operating within the Holiday Homes sector. Its objectives include promoting adherence to licensing and operational regulations, ensuring the proper registration of real estate units in the designated electronic system, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Sultan Ali AlNuaimi, Director of the Licensing & Tourism Standard Department at ADTD, stressed the importance of this campaign in building customer and visitor confidence. He emphasized that the campaign demonstrates the department’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and encourages real estate owners and hotel management companies to comply with legislation through proactive measures.
AlNuaimi also highlighted the crucial role of the private sector in achieving the department’s goals of creating new investment opportunities and providing diverse options for visitors. He stated that collaboration between the department and the private sector is essential in developing a sustainable and attractive tourism environment, thereby enhancing Ajman’s reputation as a top tourist destination in the region.
