News DeskDubai, UAE – The Dubai Police, represented by the Jebel Ali Police Station, recently organised the second community outreach meeting under the Force’s “Your Voice is Heard” initiative.
The event, which took place at Festival Plaza Mall in Jebel Ali, aimed to strengthen communication and direct engagement with citizens, residents, and partners within the Station’s jurisdiction.
Major General Dr Adel Al Suwaidi, Director of Jebel Ali Police Station, and several other high-ranking officials from Dubai Police and various government agencies attended the meeting.
Enhancing Communication and Addressing Community Concerns
Al Suwaidi emphasised the significance of the “Your Voice is Heard” initiative in fostering continuous communication with the community, allowing Dubai Police to listen to their feedback, suggestions, and concerns. He acknowledged the importance of Jebel Ali as a vital economic, tourism, and urban centre in Dubai, attracting investors, businesses, and tourists and hosting significant events like the Dubai Airshow.
Smart Police Services
During the meeting, various Dubai Police services were presented, including the “Police Eye” platform, which enables community members to report incidents and contribute to maintaining safety and security. Additionally, the concept of SPS (Smart Police Stations) was presented, highlighting their role in providing 24/7 access to essential services in multiple languages.
Open Dialogue and Feedback
Attendees were encouraged to participate in an open discussion session to express their opinions, offer suggestions, and inquire about Dubai Police services and other government initiatives to enhance community safety and well-being.

Al Suwaidi concluded the meeting by expressing his gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions and reiterated Dubai Police’s dedication to delivering top-notch services that reflect Dubai’s high quality of life.
