News DeskDubai, UAE – Modesh World, one of the region’s premier indoor entertainment and amusement facilities, is marking its 25th anniversary with a remarkable lineup of 95 educational workshops. These workshops, designed to inspire and enrich young minds, are part of a comprehensive program of transformative edutainment and immersive experiences at the Dubai World Trade Centre Halls 3-8, open from 10 am to 10 pm on Mondays to Thursdays, and from 10 am to 12 am on Fridays to Sundays.
Organized by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and DXB LIVE, the integrated event management and experiential agency of Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Modesh World is a beloved highlight of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS). This year, the event features Dubai’s cherished characters Modesh and Dana, who are spotlighting important community issues through a fun and engaging program that promotes curiosity and enriching learning experiences.
In collaboration with various Dubai Government entities, the workshops cover essential topics such as first aid, fire safety, sustainability, recycling, and healthy habits. Participating entities include Dubai Police, Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Health Authority, and the Ministry of Community Development.
Visitors can explore preventive fire safety with Dubai Civil Defence, engage in recycling art activities with the Ministry of Community Development, and enjoy free eye examinations and dental checks provided by DHA to raise awareness about early detection and preventative care. Adding to the excitement, children can interact with mascots like DCD’s “Salim” and DEWA’s “Noor” and “Hayat,” making the workshops both educational and entertaining.
In addition to the workshops, Modesh World offers over 170 attractions spread across 22,000 sqm, including thrilling live shows, exhilarating rides, and various interactive activities, ensuring endless summer fun for all attendees.
