Dubai, UAE – HITEK Services, a leading provider of smart facility management (FM) solutions and part of the Farnek group, has secured several prestigious contracts in Saudi Arabia, further establishing its dominance in the region’s FM industry.

The contracts highlight HITEK’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and supporting Saudi Arabia’s strategic development goals across key sectors, including healthcare, education, and cultural preservation.

One of the significant partnerships is with the Riyadh-based conglomerate Safari Group, focusing on the operation and maintenance of the Neuroscience and Trauma Care Center (NTCC) in Jeddah. This 176-bed facility specializes in neurology and neurosurgery. Javeria Aijaz, Managing Director of HITEK Services, emphasized the importance of digitalizing facility management processes at NTCC using HITEK’s CAFMTEK solution, which will streamline work order management and asset maintenance.

Sabith Sasikumar, Omni’s head of facilities management, highlighted HITEK’s integrated solutions that connect, track, and monitor building assets through advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and cloud-based systems.

HITEK’s dedication to cultural preservation is exemplified by its role in maintaining the Historical Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Riyadh. Over the next three years, HITEK will implement a digitalized facility management system to preserve this cultural landmark while ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

“These contracts not only signify our business growth but also our commitment to Saudi Arabia’s development goals,” said Aijaz. “We are proud to partner with leading organizations to make a sustainable impact.”

This expansion into Saudi Arabia solidifies HITEK’s position as a leader in smart FM solutions, driving innovation and excellence across the region.
