Ajman Bank Appoints Hend Al Ali as its New EVP – CHRO to Strengthen its Human Capital

Ajman, UAE – Ajman Bank has officially announced the appointment of Hend Al Ali as its new Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). A seasoned Emirati leader, Hend Al Ali brings over 24 years of extensive experience in the banking industry, with a proven track record in Strategic Human Resources (HR), Change Management, and Business and HR Transformation.

Hend’s career is marked by her significant contributions to several leading financial institutions, where she played a critical role in managing startups, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. Her robust experience makes her an ideal fit for the dynamic environment of Ajman Bank, as the institution continues to pursue its ambitious growth plans.

In her previous role as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Network International LLC, Hend was instrumental in managing the overall HR function, driving key initiatives in compensation, benefits, and HR strategies. Her leadership was pivotal during the company’s significant expansion and acquisition phases, contributing to its rapid growth and success. Before that, she served as Executive Vice President and Human Capital Head at Dunia Finance LLC, where she played a crucial role in enhancing HR functions and supporting the company’s swift development.

Hend’s career also includes key leadership positions at Citibank and Mashreq Bank, where she focused on recruitment, Emiratisation, and human capital development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Dubai Women’s College and has further honed her expertise through specialized courses in Human Resources Management.

Ajman Bank anticipates that Hend Al Ali’s deep understanding of HR dynamics and her visionary approach will be vital in building a high-performance culture, ensuring the bank’s continued success and growth in the competitive banking industry.
