The UAE’s leadership has been at the forefront of driving gender equality through substantial investments in initiatives and projects aimed at empowering women. Acknowledgement is due to H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and the Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, often hailed as the ‘Mother of the Nation’. Her steadfast belief in the pivotal role of women in national progress has been crucial in motivating Emirati women to achieve groundbreaking successes in critical fields.

In celebration of this year’s Emirati Women’s Day, under the theme ‘We Collaborate for Tomorrow’, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) reaffirms its commitment to fostering an environment that supports and empowers women. DIFC remains dedicated to harnessing their skills and potential, contributing significantly to the UAE’s overall growth and development.
