Chandramari Group Unveils New Culinary Concept, Zordaar, in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – Chandramari Group, a leading name in the dining industry, has announced the launch of its latest culinary venture, Zordaar. With a substantial investment of AED 5 million, Zordaar aims to revolutionize the Indian dining experience by blending traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques. The restaurant promises to offer a unique menu celebrating the rich diversity of India’s cuisines from various districts.

In addition to expanding within the UAE, Chandramari Group plans to introduce new restaurant brands, including Lebanese concepts and renowned Indian brands. Over the next few months, the group will invest an additional AED 20 to 25 million to enhance its F&B division across the region. The initial phase of the expansion strategy includes opening four to five Zordaar outlets in the UAE, with future plans to enter key markets in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.

From the bustling streets of Mumbai to the coastal kitchens of Goa, every dish at Zordaar is a testament to the authenticity and innovation the restaurant embodies.
