Dubai, UAE – Construction materials supplier Build Well is ramping up its presence in the Middle East with an expanded network of eight offices across the region and internationally. The company, which specializes in supplying and installing fire-rated steel doors and high-quality architectural hardware, is positioning itself to support the Middle East’s booming construction market, valued at approximately $3.9 trillion (Dh14.3 trillion).
Build Well’s strategic growth follows the significant development activities in key Middle Eastern markets, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Egypt. According to a report from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), the construction project pipeline in the UAE alone reached $590 billion (Dh2.16 trillion) in early 2024, accounting for 15 percent of the regional market. Within this pipeline, residential projects make up $125 billion (21%), while mixed-use projects represent $232 billion (39%). In 2023, awarded projects in the UAE surged to $87 billion, up from $31 billion in 2022.
The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) boasts a project pipeline valued at $2.7 trillion, with Saudi Arabia taking the lead with $1.5 trillion. This promising market offers vast potential for Build Well, which has recently opened regional offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. The company also maintains a presence in Lebanon, Kuwait, the UK, and the United States, allowing it to support projects worldwide.
“As the construction industry grows due to increased demand in infrastructure, housing, and real estate, Build Well is expanding its operations to meet the need for high-quality, durable, and sustainable building products in the GCC and beyond,” says Raji Maalouf, CEO of Build Well Co.

Build Well primarily targets large contractors, architects, and government entities, supplying certified products essential to construction safety and architectural integrity. “We aim to lead the region in fire-rated steel doors and ironmongery by setting industry standards for quality, safety, and innovation,” Maalouf states.
In a competitive market, Build Well differentiates itself through a strong emphasis on certified products, high safety standards, and exceptional customer service.
