Dubai, UAEOPPO has introduced a new cross-country warranty service, giving customers in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and India enhanced access to after-sales support. This service allows OPPO users to benefit from warranty, repair, and system upgrade services at authorized OPPO centers within these regions, adding greater convenience and flexibility for customers who travel or relocate across borders.

This cross-country warranty service supports a variety of OPPO models, including the A3x, A3, A3 Pro 5G, Reno12 series, and F27Pro+. Eligible customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and India can now receive warranty services without additional charges for system upgrades. Customers are advised to bring their device, purchase receipt, and warranty card to any authorized service center to benefit from these services.

For OPPO devices with expired warranties or those not covered, OPPO offers repairs at competitive prices, allowing customers to replace key components, such as the mainboard, screen assembly, and battery, as needed. Pricing for these services will depend on the local service center policies, with costs determined by regional standards.

To ensure data safety, customers are encouraged to back up their devices before any upgrades, as data loss may occur during the process. The warranty period begins upon activation of the E-Warranty card, and customers can find the full service policy at OPPO Support.

This initiative underlines OPPO’s commitment to superior customer service across borders, providing reliable support and convenience for its users in the GCC and India.
