Dubai, UAE – In a landmark event for sports in the Middle East, the Arab Classic Dubai-2024 baseball tournament was inaugurated today at the Dubai Sports Council. The event witnessed the esteemed presence of H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan, who attended the opening ceremony alongside other dignitaries, including Baseball United’s Chairman and CEO, Kash Shaikh, along with renowned partners and celebrated baseball players. The tournament marks a significant step forward in promoting baseball within the region, reflecting a growing enthusiasm for the sport in the Middle East.

Scheduled from November 7th to 10th, the Arab Classic Dubai-2024 will feature teams from nine nations, with Pakistan’s national baseball team among the prominent participants. The tournament will include several high-stakes matches, including the much-anticipated game between Pakistan and India on Friday, November 8th.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Consul General Hussain Muhammad highlighted the importance of Pakistan’s participation in promoting baseball within the Middle Eastern landscape. He also emphasized the tournament’s potential to foster deeper connections between people across the participating nations, enhancing regional unity through sports.
