Dubai, UAE – Tennis ball cricket is set to reach new heights with the announcement of the Tennis Ball Cricket Premier League’s (TBCPL 10) inaugural T10 tournament. Scheduled from May 26 to June 5, 2025, the league will feature eight franchise teams representing key Indian cities, aiming to bring the excitement of street cricket to a professional platform.

The franchises include Mumbai Mavericks, Delhi Dynamos, Bangalore Blasters, Kolkata Kings, Chandigarh Champions, Hyderabad Hunters, Ahmedabad Avengers, and Chennai Challengers. The tournament will feature 31 league matches followed by four playoff games, delivering thrilling action to fans worldwide. The event will be broadcast exclusively on Sony Sports Network, with the venue to be announced soon.

Nationwide Talent Search and Auction

In a bid to unearth cricketing talent, TBCPL 10 will conduct trials across 50 cities in India, spanning the North, East, and Central zones. This extensive talent search will ensure representation from diverse regions. The selected players will be part of the inaugural player auction on May 5-6, 2025, where franchises will build their squads.

Yuvraj Singh Joins as Brand Ambassador

Adding star power to the league, cricketing legend Yuvraj Singh has been named Brand Ambassador. Speaking at the kickoff event in Dubai, the World Cup-winning all-rounder shared his excitement:
“I remember earning Rs 50 after hitting five sixes in an over playing tennis ball cricket as a kid. This league is a dream come true for many aspiring cricketers, elevating a beloved format to professional levels. It’s an incredible opportunity to showcase talent on a global stage.”
