News DeskSharjah, UAE – Sharjah Week of the Stars unfolded yesterday (Sunday), marking the conclusion of the third edition which was held since Friday under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council.
The iconic Sharjah’s Week of the Stars was organized by Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA) with the participation of 145 footgolf players from, including 22 international football icons.
Sharjah International Footgolf Tournament
Spanning over 2 days, the Sharjah International Footgolf Tournament have seen an exciting competition between 145 international footgolf professional players. Yesterday, January 12th, the Serbian Samo Marusinec have clinched the 1st position in the overall ranking, while the English Ben Clarke came in 2nd, and the Spanish Sandro Felipe came in 3rd.
The Sharjah LPL Cup Final
Yesterday, January 12, 2025, the grand finale of the Sharjah LPL Cup took the center stage. This prestigious padel tournament has seen fierce competition among football legends including Francesco Totti, Essam El Hadary, Papu Gomez, Alessandro Costacurta, and many others as well as and international guests. The cup have seen the victory of Vincent Candela and Christian Panucci, as they came in the first place and Enrico Annoni and Dario Marcolin were the runners-up.
