Abu Dhabi: Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Envoy to the UAE, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the students of Pakistan Islamic School, Al Ain, for their outstanding performance at the ADEK Sports Competition (Abu Dhabi Sports Championship 2024-25). The young athletes showcased exceptional talent, securing Bronze medals and earning the prestigious title of Champions in the Al Ain Region.
The event, held at the renowned Sheikh Zayed Sports Hub in Abu Dhabi, saw Ibrahim Saeed clinch a Bronze medal in the 100-meter race, while Badar Hamid secured a Bronze medal in the High Jump competition. Both students were crowned Champions in the Al Ain Region and were honored with medals by the chief guest during the ceremony.
Ambassador Tirmizi lauded the students for their remarkable achievements and emphasized the importance of sports and co-curricular activities in shaping well-rounded personalities. He highlighted that such activities play a vital role in nurturing essential qualities like discipline, teamwork, and leadership among students.

The Ambassador also commended the school management, teachers, and staff of Pakistan Islamic School, Al Ain, for their unwavering efforts in providing a conducive environment for students to excel. He reiterated the Embassy’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the holistic development of Pakistani students in the UAE.
