Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – AJEX Logistics Services, a partner of DHL eCommerce, hosted a dynamic event in Riyadh to mark International Women’s Day (IWD) 2025, aligning with this year’s global theme, “Accelerate Action.” The workshop brought together 70 female employees to advance career development and leadership opportunities for women in the logistics sector.
The event featured a keynote address by Mae Saleh Al Mozaini, Founder and CEO of The Arab Institute for Women’s Empowerment–Nusf, who shared her journey and strategies for professional success. Recognized as Arabian Business Woman of the Year KSA Excellence Awardee, Al Mozaini emphasized the importance of leadership and societal impact. “Empowering women isn’t just about individual growth—it’s about transforming economies and communities,” she stated.
International leadership coach Gill How, with 40 years of experience in talent development, led a workshop focused on harnessing personal strengths. Her session provided actionable insights for women navigating male-dominated industries, reinforcing AJEX’s commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces.

Munirah Altamimi, AJEX Learning and Development Supervisor and event organizer, highlighted the company’s alignment with Saudi Vision 2030: “Diversity drives innovation and profitability. We’re dedicated to empowering women within AJEX and inspiring more to join logistics—a field where their contributions are vital.”
AJEX’s broader initiatives include its Customer Service Career Path, which transitions graduates—primarily women—from frontline roles to leadership positions, with 45 currently enrolled. Additionally, its partnership with the Saudi Logistics Academy ensures 50% female participation in hands-on training programs.
