The club’s shuttlers delivered a masterclass, sweeping podiums across multiple events and securing 25 medals overall, while the Abu Dhabi Racquet Club claimed a rare bronze in men’s doubles to disrupt Al Nasr’s near-total dominance.
Tournament Prestige and Leadership Praise
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and organized by His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, the annual Ramadan event embodies the slogan “Unlimited Capabilities.” Noura Al Jasmi, President of the UAE Badminton Federation, hailed the tournament’s success, emphasizing its role in fostering community sports and nurturing Olympic aspirations.

Al Nasr’s dominance began with a clean sweep in the U15 girls’ and boys’ singles. Hayat Khalifa Abdul Rahman (gold), Dana Ahmed (silver), and Lujain Abu Salem (bronze) topped the girls’ podium, while Mayed Tariq, Sultan Al Hamed, and Mohammed Al Ali mirrored the feat for the boys.

The club continued its stride in mixed doubles, with Abdulaziz Mohammed Yahya and Ghadir Al Dhaheri securing gold.
