Saudi sensation Rateel Alshehri launches roadshow to inspire MENA Youth

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – At just 13 years old, Saudi influencer and content creator Rateel Alshehri is spearheading a transformative movement for teens across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with her groundbreaking roadshow, Meet & Inspire by Rateel. Designed to unite and empower young minds, the initiative blends interactive workshops, creative challenges, and community-building activities to help teens turn ideas into action.

Building on the success of her podcast, Rateel Alpha Talk, and sold-out meet-and-greet events in Dubai and Riyadh in 2024, Alshehri’s roadshow aims to solidify a regional teen network focused on collaboration and growth. The inaugural Dubai event in June 2024 drew over 100 attendees, followed by a similarly impactful gathering in Riyadh that August. Each stop features dynamic sessions, including vision-board creation, the “Influencer for a Minute” challenge, and interactive games like “Two Truths and a Lie,” fostering self-expression and peer connections.

“Young people have the power to make an impact—they just need the right environment to spark confidence,” said Alshehri. “This roadshow is a space where teens can explore passions, have fun, and feel heard.”

Collaborating with brands aligned with youth empowerment, the events integrate localized cultural elements, exclusive merchandise, and eco-conscious practices to promote sustainability. Alshehri emphasized the importance of instilling responsible habits: “We want to inspire greener lifestyles while nurturing creativity.”

The initiative’s momentum has already earned Alshehri international recognition. In 2024, she shared the stage with philanthropist Bill Gates at Riyadh’s Misk Global Forum, delivering a keynote speech on youth-driven innovation. “Their voices matter,” she asserted. “Together, we can shape a brighter future.”
