Dubai: Dubai Airports, the operator of the world’s busiest international airport, has been honored with the prestigious 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for its outstanding approach to employee engagement. This accolade celebrates organizations that cultivate highly engaged workplace cultures, setting new standards for excellence in a rapidly evolving work environment.

Dubai Airports has achieved a remarkable milestone by reaching the 75th percentile in employee engagement, positioning it among Gallup’s best practice companies. This distinction is reserved for organizations that prioritize employee engagement as a core component of their business strategy, driving both employee satisfaction and organizational success.
