This ambitious project, one of the largest solar installations in the NIP industrial zone, underscores the company’s drive to lead the green revolution in packaging while supporting the UAE’s clean energy transition.
The solar array is projected to generate 3.52 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of renewable energy annually, offsetting 2,992 metric tons of CO₂ emissions each year—equivalent to planting over 142,476 trees. By reducing reliance on conventional power, the initiative propels Hotpack closer to its goal of becoming a carbon-neutral enterprise.
