The ceremony was attended by Eman Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Evaluation and Studies at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, and Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General, along with assistant directors general, senior officials, and employees from across the organization.
