Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Pakistani Mango Festival 2025, a vibrant celebration of Pakistan’s famed “King of Fruits,” was held with great enthusiasm at Le Royal Meridien Hotel, Abu Dhabi. Organized by the Embassy of Pakistan in the UAE in collaboration with the Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF), the event attracted a distinguished gathering of Emirati dignitaries, diplomats, business leaders, and members of the Pakistani community.
The festival kicked off with a warm welcome from Dr. Muhammad Farhan, the lead organizer, who expressed gratitude to Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi and the Pakistani Embassy for their unwavering support in making the event possible.

In his keynote speech, Ambassador Tirmizi highlighted Pakistan’s position as the world’s 4th largest mango producer, renowned for its rich flavors, enticing aroma, and diverse varieties. He noted that nearly 60% of Pakistan’s mango exports are shipped to the Gulf region, reflecting the fruit’s immense popularity in the Middle East.
“Events like the Mango Festival not only showcase Pakistan’s agricultural excellence but also strengthen cultural and economic ties between Pakistan and the UAE,” the Ambassador remarked.

Guests were treated to an exquisite display of Pakistan’s finest mango varieties, with samples served to delight the attendees. The festival served as a platform to promote Pakistani mangoes globally while fostering deeper bilateral connections.
The event concluded on a sweet note, leaving visitors with a lasting taste of Pakistan’s beloved fruit and reinforcing its reputation as a premium export.
