Dubai, UAE – The Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai was awarded a Certificate of Participation for its contribution to a new Guinness World Record—the largest UAE flag created using human handprints. The historic achievement, made on May 8, 2025, involved 24,514 handprints and was organized by Pakistan Association Dubai, Emirates Loves Pakistan, and Rubab Zehra.

Hussain Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai, received the certificate on behalf of the Consulate, highlighting the strong bond between Pakistan and the UAE. The event showcased the Pakistani community’s spirit of unity and dedication to celebrating the UAE’s heritage.

“Receiving this certificate is a profound honour, not just for the Consulate, but for every member of the Pakistani community who participated,” stated Consul General Hussain Muhammad upon accepting the accolade. “This record is a powerful symbol. Those 24,514 handprints represent the deep affection and respect the Pakistani community holds for the UAE, our cherished second home. It showcases our commitment to being active, contributing members of this vibrant society and our shared joy in celebrating the UAE’s identity.”
