Consul General Appeals to Pakistani Diaspora for Flood Relief

Sharjah, UAE – The Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai, Hussain Muhammad, has called on the Pakistani diaspora in the UAE to provide extensive support for families affected by the recent devastating floods in Pakistan. He made the appeal during a networking event organized by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in Sharjah, which brought together key figures from the travel, cargo, and corporate sectors.

During his address, Consul General Muhammad lauded the Pakistani community in the UAE, especially those in the Northern Emirates, for their significant contributions to the prosperity of both Pakistan and their host country. He also praised Pakistan International Airlines for its crucial role and compassionate services, specifically highlighting its efforts in facilitating the dignified repatriation of deceased Pakistanis to their homeland.

The event, attended by Zeeshan Ahmed, PIA’s Area Manager for Sharjah & Northern Emirates, served as a platform for social engagement and business interaction. Attendees, including prominent representatives from various sectors, appreciated PIA’s initiative. The airline also took the opportunity to present details of its latest products, services, and loyalty programs tailored for the corporate sector in the UAE.
