Between three children and two demanding equestrian careers, the couple shows no signs of slowing down, their life is a true masterclass in balance and momentum. From early mornings in the stables to international competitions and family dinners, their story is one of passion, resilience and unity.
As Sheikh Rashid, now in remission for over five years and entirely off medication since February 2023 and has come back stronger than ever, shares: “You work 300 per cent when you’re sick. That becomes your new 100 per cent. So now, I feel even better than before.”
For Natalie Lankester, balance is second nature: “It comes naturally. The children are my top priority, followed by my career, and somehow, we make it work. We’ve found our routine, and because we love what we do, it feels less like a challenge and more like a privilege.”
At the heart of it all is family: “You can see the bond we have as a family because we spend so much time together, sharing our passions and making time for each other,” Lankester adds.
