Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is set to highlight nearly two decades of digital transformation as it participates in GITEX Global 2025, reaffirming its role as a leading force in the evolution of the smart real estate sector.
Marking 19 years of technological innovation and government excellence, DLD will use the world’s largest technology event to unveil a new wave of digital solutions aimed at enhancing transparency, market efficiency and investor confidence. The department will also announce strategic partnerships with major international players in artificial intelligence and property technology (PropTech), alongside signing collaboration agreements with government and private-sector entities.
According to DLD, its participation reflects Dubai’s wider vision of building a fully integrated digital government, guided by the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. His Highness has long emphasized that “technology grows rapidly… and Dubai grows with it at the same speed.”
Over the years, the department has been central to reshaping the real estate experience through flagship platforms such as Mollak for joint ownership management, the Instant Transactions Platform offering real-time market data, and the Dubai REST mobile app for smart real estate services. Other AI-powered tools, including Smart Valuation and the AI-Powered Real Estate Advertising Governance System, have strengthened service reliability and regulatory oversight.
This year’s participation is aligned with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, with DLD seeking to attract new investment, streamline procedures and further position the emirate as a global destination for sustainable property ownership.
Visitors to GITEX Global 2025 can explore DLD’s latest innovations at Stand H16 – A30 in Sheikh Saeed Hall 2 at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 13 to 17 October.
