News DeskABU DHABI – In a move set to reshape the region’s educational landscape, Ankabut, the UAE’s advanced education technology provider, has formed a strategic alliance with four international technology leaders to pioneer a new generation of AI-driven learning solutions.
The consortium, which includes Huawei Technologies UAE, RONG CLOUD H.K. LIMITED, Neuxnet of Singapore, and Talk Cloud of Beijing, formalised the partnership through a multi-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on October 13, 2025.
The landmark agreement establishes a collaborative framework designed to co-design, test, and integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence, cloud, and communication technologies specifically for the education sector. The alliance aims to foster innovation, enhance service offerings, and deliver greater value to schools, universities, and their stakeholders across the region.
A spokesperson for Ankabut said the collaboration marks a significant advancement for the sector. “By uniting our regional expertise with the global technological prowess of our partners, we are positioned to redefine learning experiences through powerful, practical AI applications,” the spokesperson said.
The partnership will focus on several key areas, including the joint development of integrated, scenario-based education solutions powered by AI. These solutions will be tested and demonstrated within Ankabut’s extensive network of partner educational institutions. The alliance also plans to organise workshops and training programmes to build capacity among educators and IT staff, and will promote its innovations at major industry events.
Further pillars of the collaboration include the localisation of technologies to meet specific regional requirements and the provision of ongoing, robust support.
The consortium brings together a powerful combination of complementary strengths: Ankabut’s deep integration within the UAE’s education and research community, Huawei’s leadership in ICT infrastructure, the cloud communication expertise of Rong Cloud and Talk Cloud, and Neuxnet’s advanced networking and AI capabilities.
A representative from Huawei Technologies UAE echoed the sentiment of shared purpose, stating, “This MOU underscores our shared commitment to driving digital transformation in education. We are excited to collaborate on developing localised solutions that address real-world challenges faced by educators and students.”
The partners have announced that strategic discussions to develop a detailed action plan will begin immediately, with an emphasis on rapid prototyping and pilot deployments in the near future.
