Dubai: Beautyworld Middle East 2025 has concluded on a record-breaking note, cementing its position as the world’s most international beauty trade event to date.

The 29th edition of the annual exhibition, held from October 27 to 29 at Dubai World Trade Centre, brought together more than 2,500 exhibitors from 68 countries and welcomed an unprecedented 85,297 visitors from 178 nations — a 20 per cent increase compared with 2024.

Organised by Messe Frankfurt Middle East, this year’s show expanded across 22 halls, six more than last year, transforming the venue into a global stage for innovation across fragrance, skincare, beauty tech, packaging, personal care and salon excellence.

Global Reach and Rising Influence

“This year’s edition wasn’t just about size — it was about international reach,” said Ravi Ramchandni, Event Director of Beautyworld Middle East. “We’ve truly crossed borders.”

Visitor numbers from key markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, France, India, Italy and Spain surged, with growth of up to 70 per cent from 2024. Emerging markets, including Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Moldova and Costa Rica, also made a strong showing.

Ramchandni added that the surge reflects both “the influence of top-tier exhibitors” and the growing global fascination with Middle Eastern beauty brands, which continue to draw international buyers and distributors to Dubai.

  • The Makeup Studio made its debut, with international artists Hung Vanngo, Nikki Wolff and Bassam Fattouh conducting sold-out masterclasses.
  • Beauty Beginnings, now in its second year, spotlighted 18 emerging global beauty start-ups. Dubai-based Mann Skincare won Male Grooming Product of the Year for its Resurfacing Peel.
  • The First Editions section introduced six international beauty brands making their MENA debut. Day+ was among the winners, taking home Personal Care Product of the Year for its UV Drops SPF 50.

Business Momentum and Market Growth

Beautyworld Middle East continues to serve as the region’s premier B2B meeting point for the global beauty industry. Exhibitors reported robust business activity and strong distributor engagement throughout the three-day event.

According to BeautyMatter’s Middle East Market Report, the region’s beauty and personal care market is projected to reach US$60 billion by 2025, driven by consumer demand for premium, innovative products.

“We’ve seen extraordinary momentum — not just from the Middle East but globally,” Ramchandni said. “Dubai is now the global heartbeat of beauty innovation.”
