Fujairah, UAE Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the Fujairah Dressage Championship will take place tomorrow, 24 November, at the Fujairah Fort Arena.

The event forms a key part of the Fujairah Equestrian Championships, further reinforcing the emirate’s growing prominence as a regional hub for equestrian sport.

During a press conference held at the Fujairah Fort Arena, the Higher Organising Committee confirmed that all technical and organisational preparations have been finalised for the one-day championship, which will feature 70 riders from the UAE and abroad competing under International Equestrian Federation (FEI) regulations. Riders will be judged on precision, control and harmony as they perform a series of approved dressage movements.

Dr Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of the Crown Prince of Fujairah and Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee, said the timing of the championship aligns with Fujairah’s expanding portfolio of international equestrian events.

“The Fujairah Dressage Championship is a critical stage within this year’s Fujairah Equestrian Championships, given its high technical value,” he said. “It supports riders of all levels and strengthens Fujairah’s position on the international equestrian calendar.”

Dr Al Zeyoudi expressed appreciation to the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, partners, supporters and media for their ongoing collaboration.

Ali Musabah Al Kaabi, Vice Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee, noted that this year’s edition has drawn a diverse field of competitors, predicting strong performances that reflect the progress and enthusiasm of regional dressage riders.
