Dubai, UAE – Pantheon Development, one of the UAE’s leading property developers, has announced the launch of its ambitious ICON Series, a cultural initiative designed to transform community engagement through music, art, and shared experiences.
As part of the brand’s evolution into a community-focused organisation, the first wave of world-class concerts will feature:
- Arijit Singh – 19 December 2025, Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi
- A.R. Rahman – 23 January 2026, Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi
- Rishab Rikhiram Sharma – 31 January 2026, Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai
The seven-part series is central to Pantheon 2.0, the developer’s next phase, which aims to create meaningful experiences that extend beyond property development. Leveraging resident insights, data, and performance metrics, Pantheon 2.0 seeks to build destinations where people thrive while strengthening community ties.
“Homes are not just buildings; they are the foundation for connection, memory, identity, and emotion,” said Kalpesh Kinariwala, Founder of Pantheon Development. “By bringing celebrated global artists to the UAE, we are creating experiences that transcend borders and provide inspiration for residents and communities. This cultural series is the start of our long-term commitment to nurturing mind, soul, and community, alongside architecture and design.”
The concerts reflect Pantheon’s commitment to cultural diversity:
- Arijit Singh, a leading voice in modern Indian music, will perform his iconic Bollywood hits at Etihad Arena.
- A.R. Rahman, two-time Academy Award winner, will deliver an immersive concert blending classical, contemporary, and cinematic music.
- Rishab Rikhiram Sharma, performing in Dubai for the first time, will present his ‘Sitar for Mental Health’ experience, combining classical music with therapeutic soundscapes.
These events coincide with Pantheon’s significant corporate milestones, including:
- The groundbreaking of One RAK Central in Ras Al Khaimah, the first private development in the masterplan.
- The launch of VOXA, an AED 800 million mixed-use project in Jumeirah Village Triangle.
- Signing a landmark MoU with NBCC (India) Ltd., a Government of India enterprise, combining six decades of engineering expertise with Pantheon’s AED 3 billion UAE pipeline.
Together, these initiatives underscore Pantheon’s transformation from a traditional property developer into a creator of lifestyle experiences, blending architecture, culture, and community purpose.
