Dubai, UAE – Empire Developments, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing real estate developers, has appointed Sinyar Al Khaleej Contracting as the main contractor for its upcoming project, Empire Livings, in Dubai Science Park (DSP). The project marks the second collaboration between the two firms.
Set to rise up to 15 floors, Empire Livings is a mid-rise residential development strategically located near major highways and close to popular landmarks, including Dubai Hills Mall and Dubai Miracle Garden. With shoring and piling works already completed, the project is now entering its vertical construction phase.
Spanning a built-up area of 288,000 square feet, Empire Livings will feature 202 thoughtfully designed residences alongside modern retail spaces, with handover scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

The residences at Empire Livings will range from studios to one-bedroom apartments and duplexes, with select units featuring private pools. Prices start from Dh845,000, with unit sizes spanning 355 to 1,071 square feet. Investors can expect returns of 8–10% per annum.

Each unit will feature high-quality finishes, panoramic windows, and smart home systems. Empire Developments has also introduced a flexible payment plan: 20% on purchase, 36% during construction, 14% on completion, and 30% post-handover.
